The Vine Counseling and Psychological Services was co-founded in 2006 by Dr. Christine Duong-Perez, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Elaine M. Wilkins, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The mission is to assist women, men, children, and families acquire the ability to live emotionally healthy and abundant lives. The staff is dedicated to integrating the best of psychology and their Christian faith in caring for those who hurt.
