Life is hard and understanding how to live your best life can be a challenge. I am here to help anyone who is struggling with feeling stuck, unhappy, lost, afraid, worried, or overwhelmed. Life is hard; therapy is hard, but we can work together to help you learn how to make positive changes so you can begin to thrive.

I work with men and women of all ages experiencing life transitions, relationship problems, depression, anger, stress, anxiety, grief, or self-esteem issues. I am passionate about helping women of all ages learn to thrive in their relationships, develop strong self-images, and flourish in the various areas of their lives. As a mother, daughter, sister, friend, co-worker, and life partner, I understand the intricate balancing act we as women struggle with on a daily basis.

Our therapy sessions are a safe space in which we will collaborate together on how you can take control over your health and wellbeing. You are a unique individual with a unique history, so your therapy
should be unique to fit your specific needs. My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are with compassion, acceptance, and hope.

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
