Our Staff
The Vine Counseling and Psychological Services was co-founded by Dr. Christine Duong-Perez, Psychologist and Elaine M. Wilkins, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Their mission is to assist women, men, children, and families acquire the ability to live emotionally healthy and abundant lives. They and their staff are dedicated to integrating the best of psychology and their Christian faith in caring for those who hurt.
